Site plans for Epstein's secluded tropical island featured within the released materials.
Furthermore contained in this recent image disclosure seems to be a development blueprint for the Great St James island, situated in the Caribbean US territory.
Jeffrey Epstein purchased a more modest island - the Little St James - originally in the late 1990s, but acquired the bigger adjacent island in the year 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.
These photos indicate he had drawn up plans to transform the sprawling island by building homes, an open-air theater, an office beneath the waves and a swimming pool.
You can see the blueprint is a local waterway, a waterway in the territory, indicated on the lower right-hand corner.
This development map is marked up in notations in red and includes a key detailing various parts of the land.
Accompanying the main plan are what look to be several other property layouts and construction drawings, such as layouts for marina coverings.
Further documentation made public as part of the continuing oversight disclosure.
